Biography

Holly Martin has always been interested in real estate and after some changes, she felt it was time to follow her dreams and get her license! She has a genuine love of working with people, and the first 10 years of her 20-year retail career were spent selling in-home custom blinds, window treatment & home decor. While working with customers to decorate their homes, her real estate dreams began. She proved to have strong leadership skills that granted her the opportunity to join the management within my store. She achieved success climbing the ladder to ASM running a $13 million volume retail store. Holly is looking forward to the new adventure of serving her customers and delivering exceptional customer service like she always has. Holly truly believes in building lasting customer relationships and loyalty through trust and integrity and looks forward to guiding both buyers and sellers through the real estate process with smiles at the end.

Holly spent her early childhood on the South Coast of MA moving to Westborough during her adolescent years. She lived in Worcester during college and eventually settled in Grafton where she’s lived for 11 years raising her children.

“After interviewing other brokerages, I found that the culture here was like no other. Lamacchia showed me a strategic vision for growth & success through support & training while maintaining a real sense of community.”

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

“When I’m not working I enjoy traveling, whether it’s a weekend at our family cabin in Vermont or a day at the beach. Misquamicut & Cahoon Hollow are close to my heart with many family memories made at both. While at home I’m a DIY, crafty lady always keeping busy with a new project. This year I tried gardening for the first time, my intentions were good, but I think I’m missing a green thumb!”

“Delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting customer relationships through trust and integrity.”

Do you have any pets?

“Yes!!! I’m a devoted dog mother to my Mal-Shi babies Tuukka & Chloe.”

Do you have a favorite charity?

“PMC Kids Rides, it’s a child-friendly extension of the Pan-Mass Challenge bike-a-thon that raises money for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. This charity is close to my heart because my husband passed away from Cancer in 2014. This charity gave me and my then 8 & 13 year old sons the ability to help others while healing from our loss.”

What’s your favorite sport to play or watch?

“If you couldn’t tell by my dog’s name (Tuukka) I’m a pretty big Bruins fan, I also spend many years traveling New England as a hockey mom. I also love football especially the NCAA. I’m a huge Ohio State Football fan, go Buckeyes!”
