Patricia became a REALTOR® back in 2013 confident that her 25+ years in the construction business as well as love for homes, architecture & landscaping would give her a great foundation. In 2021, Patricia decided to join Lamacchia Realty’s Operations team as a Field Service Agent. Prior to real estate and the family construction business, Tricia managed a fitness center, was the assistant to the Principal at a private high school, managed a daycare facility as well as taught kindergarten.

Her great personality and ability to keep people laughing has always served her well in all endeavors. Her integrity, high standards and honesty have made her a favorite with the clients she has served. Patricia enjoys working with both buyers and sellers alike and considers it a blessing to be able to help her clients find that perfect place to call home.

Tricia is originally from Washington State, has been married for over 30 years and has two grown children Nicole and Joshua.

“Outside of work I enjoy making anything beautiful again! I love creating gardens, decorating new spaces as well as refinishing & re-purposing furniture. I also enjoy spending time outdoors, exercising and time with my family.”
