Meghan is the Director of Operations at Lamacchia Realty, where she focuses on system improvements, agent and client support, and driving operational excellence across the company. She was promoted to this role in 2025, where she takes on key responsibilities leading the operations team toward new levels of efficiency and performance.
In September 2023, Meghan was promoted to Operations Manager and joined the company’s Leadership Team. Her leadership, strategic thinking, and deep understanding of operations made her a natural fit for her most recent promotion to Director of Operations. Meghan reports to Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations Dave Karoly.
Meghan began her journey with Lamacchia Realty in February 2017. After completing reception training, she quickly moved into the role of Administrative Assistant, supporting agents in the Worcester office. Her exceptional organizational skills, initiative, and commitment to service led to her promotion to Office Manager for both the Worcester and Northborough offices. In that role, Meghan managed day-to-day operations, trained staff and agents, and continuously worked to enhance internal procedures.
Meghan holds real estate licenses in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. A native of Worcester, she is known for her dedication, drive, and consistent focus on improving the agent and client experience. Meghan was named Employee of the Year in 2020 due to her immense amount of support to agents and dedication to her role in the company overall.
