WAGENBACH-HUGHES

Wendy Wagenbach-Hughes is the Regional Sales Manager for Lamacchia Realty’s Fall River, MA, New Bedford, MA, and East Providence, RI offices, where she focuses on supporting agents through coaching, training, and hands-on leadership. With a strong background in sales management and agent development, Wendy is passionate about helping agents grow successful businesses while ensuring they always feel supported and have access to the tools and guidance they need. She works closely with a dedicated team that provides sales, marketing, and transaction support to help agents deliver exceptional service to their clients.

After many years working in the travel and hospitality industry, Wendy earned her Rhode Island real estate license in 2002 in search of a career that offered greater flexibility as a new mom. She later became licensed as a Broker in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts and has since built an impressive career in real estate leadership. Wendy spent more than 16 years with Coldwell Banker, serving in a variety of leadership roles including Sales Manager, Coach, and Trainer across multiple offices throughout New England.

Wendy earned her degree in Communications from Dean College, a foundation that has helped shape her approachable leadership and strong communication style. Born in Corpus Christi, Wendy moved frequently during her childhood as the daughter of a career Navy pilot before her family eventually settled in Plymouth, where they operated a family lobster and fishing business. In 1990, she relocated to Rhode Island to work as a Tour Guide with Collette Tours and has proudly called Bristol home since 2000, where she lives with her family.

Outside of work, Wendy is a passionate sports fan who especially enjoys football, hockey, and rugby. She is also dedicated to giving back to causes close to her heart and proudly supports organizations such as Alzheimer’s Association and Autism Speaks.
