Chris Rochon is the Regional Sales Manager for the Lamacchia Realty Chelmsford and Woburn offices in Massachusetts, as well as the Salem, New Hampshire office. His journey with Lamacchia began as a REALTOR®, drawn by the company’s exceptional culture, success, and industry-leading training programs that many of his colleagues enthusiastically recommended. As a REALTOR®, Chris thrived in helping clients achieve their real estate goals while building strong relationships throughout the industry.

Chris’s passion for the people-centric side of real estate, particularly collaboration, leadership, and agent development, led him to transition into a role on the Business Development Team as a Business Development Consultant in July 2023. He currently serves as Regional Sales Manager and was recently honored as Lamacchia Realty’s 2024 Employee of the Year at the 2025 Crush It In Real Estate Kickoff Event.

In addition to his professional role, Chris is deeply involved in REALTOR® leadership and advocacy. He is a Board of Director for the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) and serves on the MAR Board of Trustees for RPAC (REALTORS® Political Action Committee). He is also the Chair of RPAC for the Northeast Association of REALTORS® (NEAR). At the local level, Chris is a Board of Director and the current Vice President of the Northeast Association of REALTORS®, where he remains committed to supporting REALTORS®, strengthening advocacy efforts, and advancing the industry.

Before entering real estate, Chris studied Criminal Justice and spent over 30 years working in customer service within the retail industry. His extensive experience serving the public, combined with his natural ability to build trust and foster relationships, has played a significant role in his professional success. Chris also served as the boys’ assistant basketball coach at his alma mater, Westford Academy, where he developed leadership, teamwork, and mentorship skills that continue to shape his career.

Originally from Westford, Massachusetts, and a proud graduate of Westford Academy, Chris has lived in Nashua, New Hampshire, for the past 20 years. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, JoAnna, and their dog Louie. He remains actively engaged in his community and is passionate about making meaningful contributions to both the real estate industry and the professionals within it.
