Allyson started working in the real estate industry after graduating college and instantly fell in love with the industry! She earned her business degree from Lasell University and had many leadership roles during her time there. Allyson started with Lamacchia Realty as an administrative assistant, spent some time working for the sales department, and now she is working on the marketing team out of corporate HQ. At Lamacchia, her goal is a be a strong support system for both agents and staff and her colleagues describe her as bright, loyal, and kind.

Allyson grew up in Uxbridge, MA, and moved to Quincy, MA with her husband in 2019

“The people! The company culture is unmatched. I’ve never worked with a team more collaborative or more supportive!”

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

“I enjoy reading, spending time with friends/family, hosting watch parties for almost every Patriots game, and spending time on Lake Winnipesaukee.”

Do you have a favorite charity?

“My favorite charity is Camp Sunshine. I was a volunteer camp counselor for 5 years, and it was so rewarding to make an impact on children’s lives.”

What is your favorite thing about your job?

“My favorite part of my job is having so many opportunities to express myself creatively. From writing blogs and brainstorming content, to planning events, there is always something new and exciting to do every day!”

Do you have any pets?

“I’m a proud cat mom to Leia (age 10) and Vinny (age 6). Leia was named after Princess Leia from Star Wars, and Vinny was named after Vinny from Jersey Shore.”

What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?

“My favorite sport to watch is football. I’m a huge Pats fan and can’t wait for us to bring home another ring!”
