Lorna Van Horn is the Regional Sales Manager for Lamacchia Realty’s Leominster, Northborough, and Shrewsbury offices, bringing more than 30 years of real estate experience and a decade of leadership experience to her role. A REALTOR® since 1993, Lorna has been serving in real estate leadership roles since 2016, with a passion for coaching, education, accountability, and helping agents build successful careers.
A Massachusetts Certified Real Estate Instructor, Lorna combines her love of teaching with her extensive industry experience. She holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) designations and has extensive experience working with first-time homebuyers, condominium sales, and new construction.
Lorna is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR), REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts (RACM), and North Central Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (NCMAR). In 2026, she serves on the RACM Professional Development Committee and MAR Education Committee.
