Kayla Lebron is an Administrative Assistant supporting Lamacchia Realty’s Auburn, Northborough, and Worcester offices. Though new to the real estate industry, Kayla brings with her a strong foundation of fast-paced customer service experience, having worked across car sales, retail, healthcare, insurance, and other service-driven environments. Throughout her career, she has been known for taking on any challenge with confidence and a smile, and for her genuine commitment to helping people.

Originally from Manhattan, New York, Kayla now resides in Worcester with her husband and two children. When she began exploring a transition into real estate, she intentionally sought a company that valued its people and provided opportunities to grow.
