BRANDON
FARRELL

Brandon Farrell is the Director of Marketing where he oversees all day-to-day marketing efforts across the companies. In this role, Brandon leads the execution of marketing strategies, manages creative projects, and collaborates closely with the team to ensure brand consistency and campaign success across digital platforms, print media, and video content. He is also our lead videographer and photographer at the company, providing visual content services to agents which include professional headshots, branding shoots, as well as assisting in drone and listing photography and videography. 

Brandon joined the company in  2020  as a Photographer & Videographer. From there in 2024, he was promoted to Marketing and Media Strategy Manager for Lamacchia Companies.  In 2024, Brandon shifted into the role of Marketing Manager.  Brandon was voted Employee of the Year in 2021 and was invited to the 2022 President’s Club trip to Aruba. In June of 2026, Brandon was promoted to Director of Marketing where he will work alongside Vice President of Marketing, Cole Gargaro and Vice President of Brand Growth, Lindsay Favazza.

With over 9 years of experience in photography and videography, Brandon has built an impressive portfolio, working on major commercial projects for brands such as Reebok, Converse, Porsche, HubSpot, MDA, and Northeastern University. His career began in digital marketing and website management, but in 2015, recognizing the growing dominance of video content online, he shifted his focus to creative content development. That move proved timely, as video quickly became a leading force in digital engagement. 

Brandon continues to refine his creative skills through freelance work with large brands, staying ahead of trends in both photography and cinematography.
