Roxanne “Roxy” Bowers is the Marketing & Paid Media Specialist at Lamacchia Realty, where she brings a creative and strategic approach to digital marketing. Passionate about continuous learning and innovation, Roxy is always exploring new ideas, trends, and strategies to elevate marketing campaigns and drive results. Her background in English Literature led her to begin her career as a social media coordinator and copywriter, where she quickly discovered a passion for digital marketing and paid media strategy after volunteering to assist with client campaigns. Since then, she has continued to expand her expertise and stay ahead of the ever evolving marketing landscape.

Known for being thoughtful, independent, and empathetic, Roxy approaches her work with both creativity and care. An Arizona native, she has lived in several cities throughout the state, including Tucson and Phoenix. Outside of work, she is deeply involved in animal rescue efforts and has volunteered with local rescues for more than seven years, including organizations such as Saving One Life Pet Rescue. She also helps care for cat colonies in her neighborhood through a local volunteer group.

In her free time, Roxy enjoys hiking, traveling, sewing, indoor rock climbing, and reading. She is also an active member of a monthly book club that recently celebrated its two year anniversary.
