Sarah is the company’s Inside Sales Manager and Relocation Director. In this role, Sarah oversees all inside sales activities with everyone involved company wide. This includes her being the primary person to receive and assign all of the company’s relocation business.
Sarah first joined Lamacchia Realty as a receptionist and Administrative Assistant in early 2016 supporting the sales team. Sarah made the decision to get her Real Estate license that same summer. It quickly became obvious to management that her dedicated and hardworking spirit combined with a warm personality and great ability to deal with both clients and agents on the phone would make her a great inside sales advisor. Sarah transitioned into this new role flawlessly that fall and impressed everyone who worked with her by her ability to confidently advise both buyers and sellers.
Sarah began to play a larger role in the company’s growing Relocation business by the spring of 2017 and became the official Relocation Coordinator by summer. This role allowed her to assist any and all buyers and sellers who needed relocation services, no matter where in the country they were moving. She worked closely with the then Relocation Director Lauren Distefano and played a major role in helping the company significantly grow its presence within the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World network. In February 2018 she was on stage in Las Vegas at the annual Leading RE conference along with Anthony and Lauren receiving the Fast tracker award.
In January of 2020, Sarah’s hard work and leadership skills lead her to her current role when she was promoted to Inside Sales Manager and Relocation Director and joined the company wide Leadership team. In this role Sarah continues to do much of the relocation work she already does while taking on more responsibility in order to help grow the Relocation Department. She is widely known among the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World network across the country and has become a go to person for any national relocation directors with clients moving to Massachusetts. Her knowledge and industry experience that Sarah has developed over the years makes her a perfect fit for this role where she works directly with the Vice President of Relocation, Shane Bronson and the company’s Vice President of Sales, Dave Karoly.
Sarah holds an associate degree in Paralegal Studies. She previously worked at a reputable law firm which primarily focused on real estate transactions. Sarah grew up in Chelmsford and currently lives in Waltham with her daughter.
