Sarah is the Vice President of Relocation at Lamacchia Realty. In this role, she oversees the entire relocation department, serving as the primary point of contact for all relocation and referral business. She also manages relationships with the company’s many business-to-business partners, including Relocation Management Companies, Corporate Clients, and LeadingRE Broker Partners—and trains agents on relocation procedures. Her leadership ensures a seamless experience for clients relocating into or out of Lamacchia Realty’s service areas. In September 2023, Sarah proudly accepted the Silver Level Award on Lamacchia Realty’s behalf from Aires, a global mobility company that focuses on relocation. In March of 2024 Sarah accepted the “Most Outgoing Referrals” for 2023 from Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. In 2025 Sarah earned the companies first ever manager of the year award for 2024.
In 2024, Sarah earned the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP®) designation from Worldwide ERC®, a prestigious credential recognizing her deep understanding of employee mobility. This, paired with her proven track record, led to her promotion to Vice President of Relocation in 2024.
Sarah works closely with Senior Vice President of Sales & Operations, Dave Karoly, Vice President of Sales Mike McGrory, and Sales Manager Jason Posnick. Her prior experience at a real estate-focused law firm and an associate degree in Paralegal studies further contribute to her expertise and professionalism.
Her contributions helped drive the department’s growth, earning national recognition—including the Fast Tracker Award at the 2018 LeadingRE Conference. In 2020, she was promoted to the company’s Leadership Team and continued expanding the relocation division, becoming a trusted resource within the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® network and the Relocation Directors Council.
Sarah began her career with Lamacchia Realty in 2016 as a receptionist and administrative assistant. Her talent quickly became evident, and she earned her real estate license that same year. She soon transitioned into inside sales, where her work ethic, warmth and ability to communicate with clients made her a standout. By 2017, Sarah officially stepped into relocation work as the company’s Relocation Coordinator, managing relocation needs across the country and in 2020 was promoted to Relocation Director and Inside Sales Manager.
Known for her dedication, approachability, and deep industry knowledge, Sarah is a key leader helping Lamacchia Realty provide best-in-class relocation services nationwide.
