As a Business Systems Engineer, Jenni Bazelak designs, automates, and optimizes core enterprise platforms to drive operational efficiency and long-term scalability. A seasoned developer and former Vice President of Technology in the real estate sector, Jenni spent years on the corporate executive team steering high-stakes technology roadmaps and architecting proprietary systems for a 600+ agent brokerage, where her contributions were recognized with an Outstanding Leadership Excellence Award in 2023.

As a hands-on developer, Jenni has single-handedly engineered complete ecosystems from the ground up, building custom billing platforms, automated task distribution engines, lead source verification consoles, and real-time API integrations. Her unique background combines corporate leadership with proven sales success as a top-producing sales counselor (earning Austin Top Gross Sales Volume 2015 and 9 Salesperson of the Month awards), along with experience as a web development instructor and math educator.
