Molly grew up in the Mount Washington Valley and brings over 10 years of hospitality experience, particularly in hotels. She began her career at the front desk with Marriott and quickly advanced through the industry, building a strong background in both hotel sales and operations management. For the last three years of her hotel career, she served as the Wedding & Event Sales and Coordinating Manager for a resort in North Conway, NH.

Molly and her husband recently moved to Tuscan Village in Salem, NH with their golden retriever, Lola. Molly is thrilled to be part of the Lamacchia Team and excited to learn something new!
