Kim Beaulieu serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for Lamacchia Companies, where she oversees all aspects of employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee compliance, while also guiding department teams through the execution of critical initiatives—from onboarding and policy development to engagement programs and internal communication. She is a member of the executive team and a champion for the company’s core values at every level. 

With well over a decade of experience in real estate operations and a strong background in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement, Kim plays a key role in shaping the culture and people practices that drive Lamacchia’s continued growth and success. 

Kim joined Lamacchia Companies during a period of fast-paced growth. In her early years with the company, she contributed to major efforts to formalize policies, restructure company dynamics, and lay the groundwork for the rapid expansion of Lamacchia Realty. Her impact eventually led to a promotion to Director of Human Resources, a position that was needed with the growth of the company and she thrived on reshaping the HR role. 

Today, as Vice President of Human Resources, Kim is at the forefront of strategic planning for workforce development, organizational design, and culture. She continues to lead efforts in employee retention, performance frameworks, leadership development, and compliance across multiple states. 

Kim balances this role with two other very important roles as loving wife and mother. She enjoys spending time with her family, baking, gardening, and some gaming in her spare time.
