Kim Beaulieu

Manager of Human Resources


Kim started at Lamacchia Realty in 2012 as an administrative assistant.  She very quickly obtained a real estate license and began listing and selling homes.  From late 2012 to 2016, Kim listed and sold over 300 homes. In 2016 Kim began assisting both agents and clients in the sale process and has been a big part of growing our Woburn office. Kim’s vast knowledge, patient personality, ability to multi-task, and love for people is evident every day and made her a natural fit as Staff Training Manager.

Outside of Work I Enjoy:

“I love cooking, baking, gardening, and spending time with friends and family.”

“I have doggie names Luna who loves to cuddle!”

Favorite Part of My Job:

“I love helping our clients with various things that come up through the process of buying and selling their home and being there for them during one of the largest transactions of their lives to make sure things run smoothly. I enjoy guiding new agents and helping them learn our systems. I am delighted to assist our more experienced agents and watching their business flourish more and more each year.”
