Adam is the IT Systems Manager at Lamacchia Realty. He manages our IT infrastructure which includes our servers, computers and network. He has always loved technology, ever since his father brought home a computer with a 486 processor. Adam has been working in the IT field since he graduated college and continues to have a passion to learn new technology daily.
Adam works closely with Dave Karoly, Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations, and the IT Support staff to ensure that all companywide systems are operating efficiently in support of our agents and staff. Since joining Lamacchia Realty in 2019, Adam has played an incredibly vital role in the company’s success, overseeing all company computers, servers, email systems, cybersecurity, and so much more. From providing top-notch video trainings to ensuring every team member is equipped with reliable devices, Adam consistently helps the brokerage maintain peak productivity. Managing Information Technology for an entire brokerage is no small task, and Adam rises to the challenge every day with dedication! His impact has been recognized time and again; he was named a Staff Star in 2021, Employee of the Month in July 2022, and received Lamacchia Realty 2022 Unsung Hero Award.
Adam is a lifelong resident of Lowell, and enjoys spending time with his family, doing photography, and watching the Patriots.
