2024 Lamacchia Realty Company Wide Event on Thompson Island

On Friday, August 9th, Lamacchia Realty celebrated its 7th annual company-wide appreciation event on Thompson Island in Boston! After a short ferry ride, the company spent the afternoon on the island complete with a lobster bake, lawn games, a bonfire, and more.

Broker/Owner Anthony Lamacchia spoke briefly with the entire company about various accomplishments, including the latest milestones of joining forces with four respected brokerages this year in Springfield, MA, Auburn, MA, Easton, MA, and Dalton, MA. The REALTORS® listened excitedly as Anthony announced the well-deserved promotions of Kim Bealieau to Lamacchia Realty’s Executive Team, MacKenzie Mell to North Eastern MA Regional Manager, Michelle Wesson to Central MA Regional Manager, and Mike Morgan to Acquisition Support Manager.

Cheif Operating Officer, Jackie Louh also took a few minutes to recognize Anthony’s recent milestone of being named The Greater Boston Association of REALTORS®’s 2024 REALTOR® of the Year!

As is tradition, Anthony then congratulated each of the REALTORS® and staff members who received a Loyalty Award. The Loyalty Program recognizes those who have been with the company for milestone years. This year, 26 agents and 5 staff members hit their 5, 10 or 15-year milestones:
