I’m Ketsy Sithan, a bilingual Khmer and English-speaking REALTOT® with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration. With years of small-business ownership and a strong foundation in marketing, finance, and client service, I bring a strategic and caring approach to every real estate transaction.

Before real estate, I successfully owned and operated a laundromat for 12 years, an experience that taught me discipline, resilience, and how to truly serve people. Today, I apply those same values to helping buyers, sellers, and investors confidently navigate the market.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

“Outside of work, I’m all about family, personal growth, and making memories. I’m a family-focused mom who loves exploring local spots, staying active, cooking, and enjoying good food. When I’m off the clock, you’ll usually find me in full mom mode, cheering on my kids, spending time with the people I love, having meaningful conversations, and living life to the fullest so I can show up as my best self for my clients.”

What is your favorite charity?

“My favorite charities are the Red Cross and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Giving back is a big part of who I am, and supporting organizations that make a real impact means everything to me.”

Do you have any pets?

A gold fish named Sparkle, a beard dragon named Mushu, a gecko named Rainbow, and a cat named Sprinkle.”

What are you favorite sports and sports teams?

“I’m not into playing or watching sports, but I always enjoy supporting others’ passions.”
