Joan is “living the dream on Cape Cod” and sharing that same dream with the buyers and sellers she works with. Joan and her husband relocated to the Cape from Rochester, NY after raising 5 amazing children.  Joan had, at an early age, a strong connection with Falmouth and Cape Cod. Her dad grew up in Falmouth and therefore, her family spent every summer on Cape. Joan and her husband over the years bought several investment properties in Falmouth. They rehabbed, staged, and rented these homes and eventually sold them.  It was at that time that Joan knew she needed real estate in her life.  So, in 2006, ahead of their permanent move to the cape, she became a licensed REALTOR®.  Joan has a passion for working hand-in-hand with buyers and sellers. She understands the challenges that can occur in real estate and she deftly guides her clients to a successful purchase or sale.  You may run into Joan in Wakefield, MA or “Southie”  Boston where she also has sold properties. She’s always up to the challenge and always wants a win for her clients.

Joan is an accomplished singer, actress, and stage director.  She has performed in professional and community productions and currently is on the Board of Directors at Falmouth Theatre Guild (FTG) where she’s also been Artistic Director for several musicals and fundraisers.  She has shared her theatrical expertise at Falmouth High School, Cotuit Center for the Arts in Cotuit, and Eventide Theatre in Dennis, MA. Joan’s family always comes first. She’s been blessed with her husband and soul mate, Brett, and with 5 wonderful (now adult) children. They are all in the arts… 2 are Art Educators/ as well as business owners, a Managing Director of production Events in Boston, Social Marketing in Los Angeles, and a production assistant in NYC. Last, but certainly not least…3 grandsons that are awesome!
