Michelle Moniz, a Fall River native, embarked on her real estate career in 1976 at the advice of her doctor. Witnessing her mother’s housing struggles, Michelle was compelled to assist others in finding homes. From her beginnings as a Battleship Massachusetts ticket agent and school department teacher aide, she transitioned to a full-time real estate agent in 1976 and established her own firm in 1977. With a heart dedicated to her clients, Michelle’s sales approach is personal and empathetic. Over her extensive career, she has facilitated the dreams of over 1000 families, guiding them through their first homes, downsizing, and rentals. Renowned as both “sister” and “friend” by clients, Michelle’s effective communication and community roots define her commitment to real estate and Fall River’s residents.
