Vince comes to New England after retiring as a scientist /engineer who assisted in the procurement and implementation of a national weather environmental satellite system. Originally a Ph.D. Oceanographer, for many years he managed multi-million-dollar contracts for the Federal Government. He also taught management science, statistics, and business decision making in the MBA program at the Johns Hopkins University. As a lover of the oceans, he participates in all things to do with water: sailing, fishing, boating, the beach. He served in the Air Force for five years as an Electronic Warfare Officer on a B-52 and is now an active volunteer with the Civil Air Patrol Hanscom Squadron. In his real estate practice, he combines data analytic skills with his careful attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the transaction benefit the client.

“Fishing, sailing, and flying.”

“Learning how to fly taildragger (historic type) aircraft. Accomplished a Personal Trainer certification. Recently participated in a half Tough Mudder. ”

“Assisting clients buy or sell with low stress and low pressure. ”
Do you have any pets?
“No, but I’m resisting my wife’s wish for a white fluffy dog. ”
What is your favorite charity?
“I enjoy voluntarily serving as the Aerospace Education (AE) Officer for the Civil Air Patrol (CAP) Hanscom Squadron where I’m responsible for the AE program. I especially enjoy working with the cadets where I can leverage my aerospace expertise, teaching, and military experience. I’m also training to become a CAP Flight Observer on Search and Rescue missions. ”
