RASTELLINI

Angela Rastellini is Lamacchia Realty’s Broker of Record for Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island as well as the Vice President of Transactions Management. With extensive knowledge of real estate and years of hands-on experience, Angela plays a vital leadership role in ensuring compliance with local and state laws. She works closely with our in-house Counsel Michael McDonagh as well as our agents to navigate complex situations, offering expert coaching and real-time support that empowers them to succeed. Her diligent oversight of compliance and escrow processes reflects her unwavering commitment to protecting our clients, our agents, and the company as a whole. Having spent years working with Anthony and originally building out the operations team Angela remains a pillar of our brokerage operations and a trusted resource across the company. 

A Waltham native, Angela joined Lamacchia Realty in 2009 as an administrative assistant. Her outstanding performance quickly earned her a promotion to listing agent, where she managed hundreds of successful property sales. In 2012, she was promoted to Listing Manager, expertly leading the team until the company transitioned to a traditional brokerage model. 

Angela continued to rise through the ranks, becoming Director of Operations in 2016. In this role, she oversaw all transactional aspects of the business, ensuring smooth processes and exceptional client service. Her leadership and operational expertise were further recognized with her promotion to Vice President of Operations in 2019. 

Angela obtained her Massachusetts broker license in 2020 and her New Hampshire license in 2021. In 2023, she became Associate Broker for both states, and in 2025 added Rhode Island to the list, further strengthening her oversight of transactions and compliance. Her outstanding contributions led to her appointment as Broker of Record for Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island in 2024. 

As a key member of the Executive Team, Angela contributes to the company’s growth and strategy, with a particular focus on compliance and office expansion. Her steady leadership and deep industry knowledge continue to be instrumental to Lamacchia Realty’s ongoing success.
