The 2025 Lamacchia Realty President's Club Travels to Aruba
Lamacchia Realty’s President’s Club returned to the beautiful shores of Aruba for another unforgettable getaway! Qualifiers enjoyed an all-inclusive, all-expenses-paid trip to the Riu Palace Antillas Hotel in Palm Beach, Aruba, where they spent a week celebrating their incredible accomplishments. From snorkeling and sailing adventures to relaxing on the beach and lounging by the pool, the trip was filled with fun, sunshine, and well-deserved downtime. The group also enjoyed exploring the area, riding ATVs, and heading out for dinners on the town, all while making unforgettable memories and celebrating their success together!
To qualify for President’s Club in 2025, agents were required to sell 33 homes or achieve $16,000,000 in total sales volume during the calendar year. In 2020, Lamacchia Realty introduced President’s Club ELITE, an additional level of recognition for agents who reach even greater milestones. To earn ELITE status, REALTORS® must sell 50 homes or surpass $24,240,000 in total sales volume within the calendar year. In addition to earning their spot on the trip, ELITE qualifiers were rewarded with an extra day in paradise!
Joining these outstanding REALTORS® were members of Lamacchia Realty’s executive team, along with several distinguished award recipients, including 2025 Manager of the Year Beth Allen-Byrd, 2025 Employee of the Year Dan Jodrey, 2025 Unsung Hero Award recipient Michael McDonaugh, and 2024 Manager of the Year Sarah Hatch. Together, they enjoyed some well-deserved fun in the sun while celebrating their incredible accomplishments! Executive team members in attendance included CEO Anthony Lamacchia, COO Jackie Louh, VP of Brand Growth Lindsay Favazza, Senior VP of Sales and Operations Dave Karoly, and VP of Sales Mike McGrory.

And the tradition will continue! Qualifiers for the 2026 President’s Club are expected to return to the Riu Palace Antillas Hotel in Palm Beach, Aruba, in late 2027 for another incredible celebration of their hard work and achievements!
