Bea Murphy Qualifies for the 2023 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club

Bea Murphy has once again qualified for Lamacchia Realty’s President’s Club by surpassing $16,000,000 in sales volume this year so far! This is her fifth year in a row receiving this distinction, having also qualified in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. Additionally, she is a member of the 2021 and 2022 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club ELITE. Not only is she a repeat President’s Club qualifier, but she also took home the award for Most Transactions and Highest Sales Volume in the Braintree office in 2022 and 2021! Bea’s hard work and dedication to each of her clients consistently earns her a spot on the monthly top producers list both in the Braintree office and companywide. In fact, she has qualified for Lamacchia Realty’s Top Producer Circle in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023! Her incredible accolades don’t stop there – Bea has also been named on Boston Agent Magazine’s Who’s Who List several times, and ranked on the RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list! Growing up in Weymouth and currently residing in Hanover, Bea has made a significant splash on the South Shore. In 2021, she was named a Rising Star by South Shore Real Producers Magazine and received the Spirit Award at the 2022  South Shore REALTORS® Installation, Awards, and Holiday Gala. The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members are traveling to the Bahamas later this year, and the 2023 members are expected to travel to the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas in 2024!
