Bea Murphy has won the award for Most Transactions and Highest Sales Volume in the Braintree office! For the fourth year in a row, Bea has taken home this prestigious award, having won in 2019 and 2020 for the Norwood office, and again in 2021 once she moved to the new Braintree office. Despite the changing nature of the market this year, Bea closed on 52 homes, totaling in over $28.4 million in sales volume! In addition, Bea ended the year by ranking as the #4 REALTOR® in the company – that’s out of nearly 500 REALTORS®! Bea truly brings her passion, dedication, and drive to her business, and she absolutely loves and takes pride in having a role in helping her clients transition into the next chapter in their lives.
Bea’s growth and dedication to her business since joining Lamacchia Realty in 2017 is wildly impressive. Her knowledge and outstanding service in the local South Shore area earned her the title of Rising Star by South Shore Real Producers Magazine in February 2021 and last spring, she was named in the Boston Agent Magazine’s Who’s Who for 2022.
