For the second year in a row, Bea Murphy has officially qualified for the 2022 President’s Club ELITE by surpassing over $24 million in sales volume! Bea previously qualified for this prestigious distinction in 2021 and has also been a member of the President’s Club since 2019. Bea has had a busy 2022 so far having been named in the 2022 Boston Agent Magazine’s Who’s Who list and ranked in the 2022 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list. These accolades are so well deserved as Bea is extremely dedicated to her business and will work tirelessly for her clients. Real estate is Bea’s passion and she loves and takes pride in being able to play a role in helping her clients realize their home buying or selling dreams. Bea primarily serves clients on the South Shore and is a South Shore native herself, even being named a South Shore Rising Star in 2021. Bea is not only a top producing South Shore REALTOR® but she is also a consistent monthly top producing REALTOR® company-wide and in the Braintree office. Additionally, Bea was the winner of the Most Transactions and Highest Sales Volume for the Braintree office for 2021.

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017, and the ELITE distinction was created in 2020 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip with an additional day on the island.  Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021, with 2021 members attending in October 2022. The 2022 members are expected to travel to the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas in 2023!
