The 2019 and 2020 President’s Club groups recently returned from their annual trip to Aruba!  Due to the pandemic, the 2019 trip had been postponed and was combined with the 2020 winner’s trip in January 2022. This was an all-inclusive paid-for trip to the Riu Palace Antillas Hotel in Palm Beach, Aruba.

“I can’t even put into words how fun it was to FINALLY be away with this wonderful group of people. I will admit, I was a bit sad at moments to only have about half the crew with us, but we will have the other half with us in October when we go with the 2021 winners. I am already counting down the days!”

The REALTORS® who qualified for this prestigious distinction, along with their guests, enjoyed three to six days on the island (depending on where they fit in and how many years they won) of pure fun in the sun with multiple activities including the Jolly Pirate and group dinners out on the town to celebrate their growing business and contribution to the company’s success.

"It was an amazing time in Aruba on our president's club trip which was a few years in the making due to Covid 19 travel restrictions! Spending time with my fellow colleagues, leadership and Anthony was a highlight for sure. We explored the island and went on some fun excursions while enjoying a 5 star experience at our hotel. I’m very grateful to Anthony Lamacchia and everyone who planned the trip and joined us! We work hard and we play hard but most of all we respect one another, help one another succeed and share a synergy of dedication and success to be the best we can be for our clients!! Looking forward to October once again with a new group of our winners in 2021! Cheers!"

REALTOR®, 2019 and 2020 President's Club, 2020 President's Club ELITE
"We had a blast, between the weather, the camaraderie, and the fact that we all earned it made it a great start to the year. Excited to get back to work to ensure I can get back there again!"
Anthony Castellano
REALTOR®, 2020 President's Club Member

To be inducted into President’s Club, agents had to sell 33 total homes or $16 Million in total sales volume in 2020 or 2021. In 2020, the status of President’s Club ELITE was launched, making this the first trip with ELITE qualifiers! To achieve ELITE status, REALTORS® must sell 50 homes total or $26 Million in total sales volume. These ELITE qualifiers not only earned their spot on the trip but received an additional night or two in paradise or a suite!

"If I had to sum up the Aruba trip in one word it would be EPIC. We packed a lot of fun into a few days and I really enjoyed getting to know staff and agents a little better while bonding over good drinks, good food, and good laughs."
Adam Pasciscia
Field Listing Manager, 2020 Employee of the Year
"The President’s club trip this year was nothing short of amazing and long overdue, thanks to Covid! It was so nice to bring our 2019 and 2020 winners together. This group is so hard working and 100% dedicated to their clients so it was nice to relax and unwind with everyone. I loved seeing REALTORS® from all of our offices get to know one another a little bit better. I’m looking forward to the next trip with even more of our REALTORS®!"
