Lamacchia Realty’s 2019 & 2020 President’s Club Members Return from Aruba

The 2019 and 2020 President’s Club groups recently returned from their annual trip to Aruba!  Due to the pandemic, the 2019 trip had been postponed and was combined with the 2020 winner’s trip in January 2022. This was an all-inclusive paid-for trip to the Riu Palace Antillas Hotel in Palm Beach, Aruba.

I will admit, I was a bit sad at moments to only have about half the crew with us, but we will have the other half with us in October when we go with the 2021 winners. The REALTORS® who qualified for this prestigious distinction, along with their guests, enjoyed three to six days on the island (depending on where they fit in and how many years they won) of pure fun in the sun with multiple activities including the Jolly Pirate and group dinners out on the town to celebrate their growing business and contribution to the company’s success.

Spending time with my fellow colleagues, leadership and Anthony was a highlight for sure. We explored the island and went on some fun excursions while enjoying a 5 star experience at our hotel. To be inducted into President’s Club, agents had to sell 33 total homes or $16 Million in total sales volume in 2020 or 2021. In 2020, the status of President’s Club ELITE was launched, making this the first trip with ELITE qualifiers! To achieve ELITE status, REALTORS® must sell 50 homes total or $26 Million in total sales volume. These ELITE qualifiers not only earned their spot on the trip but received an additional night or two in paradise or a suite!

Along with this group of incredible REALTORS®, members of the executive team and the 2019 Employee of the Year, Adam Pasciscia enjoyed well deserved fun in the sun. The 2020 Employee of the year, Meghan Gulbicki, will be going in October.  Senior Business Development Consultant, Nicole LeBlanc and Business Development Director John Millen also made the trip to spend time with some of the company’s best! Members of the executive team who attended this year were: Sarah Chaisson, Vice President of Finance, Jackie Louh, Vice President of Business Development, Dave Karoly, Vice President of Sales, along with Broker/Owner Anthony Lamacchia and his wife, Nicole Lamacchia, Lamacchia Companies Finance Coordinator.  

Qualifiers of the 2021 President’s Club will return to Aruba for their trip in October of 2022.
