PC2024 ELITE Darlene Umina

Darlene Umina has officially qualified for Lamacchia Realty’s President’s Club ELITE by surpassing $24,240,000 in sales volume this year! This remarkable feat comes just three months after she qualified for the 2024 President’s Club! This is Darlenes’s third year reaching ELITE status, having previously accomplished this in 2021, and 2022.

In addition to being a member of the President’s Club, Darlene has received numerous accolades. In August 2023, she was honored with the Best Agent Website award from Boston Agent Magazine’s Agents’ Choice Awards. Darlene has also made several television appearances, including starring in the series The American Dream in the summer of 2023. She was featured in Boston 25 News’ “Housing Hikes” segment and appeared on two Zip Trip segments: Mendon in 2023 and Holliston in 2024. Most recently, Darlene earned a spot on the 2024 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list for Massachusetts.

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 and 2024 members are expected to travel back to Aruba!
