Two Lamacchia Realty REALTORS will be hosting the upcoming season of the television series The American Dream. Genevieve Botelho from the Worcester Office and Darlene Umina from the Waltham office will be highlighting their local markets while doing what they do best, helping their clients buy and sell properties.
The 30-minute commercial-free show, “Selling Your City”, will air locally on cable starting mid-July. The show is a nationally syndicated program that airs on national networks of CNBC, Bloomberg TV, the Travel Channel, and other cable outlets. It can also be watched via streaming on Amazon Fire, Apple TV, and Roku, with significant viewership on social media. The American Dream TV and production team have been nominated for an EMMY and became nationally recognized as a real estate show sharing the real stories of our neighborhoods, and featuring the best real estate experts. Each show highlights a cast of elite real estate agents in each market chosen for their expertise in real estate, reputation, and recognition from their peers and consumers. The executive show producer, Craig Sewing, Inman News Nominee for “Most Influential in Real Estate,” hand picks the best of each market to be positioned as the host, and voice for the trends of the real estate market.
Genevieve Botelho started in the real estate business back in 2003 and never looked back. Genevieve works out of the Lamacchia Realty Worcester office serving clients in Central Massachusetts. She has qualified for the prestigious President’s Club each year since 2018 and was also a President’s Club ELITE member in 2020 and 2021. Genevieve was also named in the Boston Agent Magazine’s Who’s Who for 2023 and ranked on the 2023 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list. Darlene Umina has been a REALTOR® serving the Metro West area since 2007. Darlene is one of Lamacchia Realty’s top agents, having recently been awarded the Most Transactions and Highest Sales Volume award in the Waltham Office for 2022 at the Lamacchia 2023 Company Kick-Off Event. Darlene has found her success in real estate by specializing in Sell/Buy transactions allowing her clients to achieve their ultimate real estate goals. She has qualified for the prestigious President’s Club and President’s Club ELITE distinguishment for six years in a row.
