We are so excited to announce that Darlene Umina has officially qualified for the 2022 President’s Club ELITE! Darlene achieved this impressive feat by surpassing $24,240,000 in sales volume! Darlene qualified for the 2022 President’s Club in July and she clearly has been continuing to dominate as the year has rolled on! Darlene has earned other impressive accolades so far in 2022 including being named on the Boston Agent Magazine’s Who’s Who list for 2022, ranking on the 2022 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list, and being a Boston Magazine 2022 Top Producer. 

Darlene continues to impress me year after year with her outstanding ability to dominate in her business. Darlene is ambitious, but she always makes sure her clients' goals are the priority and that their needs taken care of. Her hardwork is unmatched and I am so exicted to see her join ELITE this year. Darlene’s team also won the award for Most Transactions and Highest Volume company-wide for 2021. Above all, Darlene wants to make sure her client’s goals and met. The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017, and the ELITE distinction was created in 2020 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip with an additional day on the island.  Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021, with 2021 members attending in October 2022. The 2022 members are expected to travel to the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas in 2023!
