August 24, 2018 – Lamacchia Realty is pleased to announce Darlene Umina has made President’s Club for the second consecutive year. She was the first member included in the President’s Club last year. She is also first to make it this year as a group. Last Year Darlene had to achieve either 33 sales or 16 million in Sales Volume and she was the first to do it but far surpassed that benchmark by the time the year was over. This year now that Darlene has started building her group, with the help of her first team member Nicole Siswick, she had to achieve an even higher level and she has now done that by just having surpassed over 20 million in Sales Volume.
The Darlene Umina Group, incited earlier this year when the team was expanded, works with buyers and sellers all over Greater Boston and Metro West, and handles sales ranging from starter homes to properties priced well over a million dollars. Darlene attributes much of their 2018 success to understanding the unique needs of buyers who are upgrading…many with children and demanding careers to juggle.

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced last year where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense paid trip. Members of the 2017 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in April of 2018 and the trip was such a success that 2018 members be vacationing at the same resort in Spring 2019.
