For the first time, Darlene Umina has officially qualified for the prestigious distinction of President’s Club ELITE by surpassing $32,000,000 in sales volume! After qualifying for President’s Club in August for the 5th year in a row, it is no surprise that Darlene has reached this impressive milestone of ELITE status. Darlene previously qualified for President’s Club in 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 as well! 

I cannot explain how proud I am of Darlene. She works so hard for her clients and truly dominates in this industry! It comes as no surprise that she has qualified for President's Club ELITE and I am so excited to celebrate with her in Aruba! Congratulations, Darlene!

Darlene’s level of passion for the work she does and immense dedication to her clients is second to none. With this team, she had to achieve an even higher level of sales in order to qualify. Darlene is a consistent top producer both company-wide and in the Waltham office and was named a Top Producer throughout the company in 2020.

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017, and the ELITE distinction was created in 2020 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip with an additional day on the island.  Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018. The trip was such a success that it is anticipated that 2019 and 2020 (postponed due to pandemic) members will be vacationing at the same resort in Winter 2021. 2021 members will join in on the fun in the same location in 2022.
