Nicole Vermillion Qualifies for the 2024 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club ELITE

We are thrilled to announce that Nicole Vermillion has officially qualified for the Lamacchia Realty President’s Club 2024 ELITE, just four months after qualifying for Lamacchia Realty’s 2024 President’s Club! Nicole is a consistent member of the President’s Club, having also qualified in 2023 and 2022. This is Nicole’s first time qualifying for this impressive feat of ELITE, by surpassing $24,240,000 in sales volume this year! She is also a repeat member of the Top Producer Circle, where one must sell 20 homes or $9 million in sales volume, which Nicole successfully does so time and time again. 

Apart from her impressive qualifications of President’s Club and Top Producer Circle, Nicole continues to be a powerhouse REALTOR® out of the Lamacchia Realty Braintree Office. She continues to be ranked in the Top 5 agents out of the office, recently being ranked as September 2024’s #2 highest-producing agent in Braintree. In 2023, Nicole was the recipient of the Meghan A. Martin Award, an award that is given to a Lamacchia Realty REALTOR® whose actions embody the many things that Meghan stood for and demonstrated every day. Nicole’s kindness and selflessness goes further than her care for her clients, but to her community as well. She hosts an annual Blood Drive out of the Braintree Office, that is being hosted on Saturday, November 30, 2024 this year, so mark your calendars!

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 and 2024 members are expected to travel back to Aruba!
