Nicole is a top producing REALTOR® in Massachusetts who is passionate about helping people along their real estate journey. Nicole earned her real estate license in 2013 but did not become active in the business until May of 2016. Nicole was inspired to join the real estate industry after purchasing her first home in her early 20’s, where she learned a lot about the industry and specifically how overwhelming the process can be for people who are not familiar with the terms and process. She loves to help people and be of service, so real estate seemed like a natural fit. Nicole is naturally organized and she wanted to provide a service to people during the biggest transaction of their lives. Nicole wants to help as many people as she can on their homeownership journey, whether that is buying, selling, upsizing, downsizing, or developing an investment property portfolio.
Life is all about connections and Nicole wants to serve as a resource in her community and connect people to the people they need to make the time they have in their homes enjoyable. She wants people to see her as a trusted professional and their go-to resource in real estate. Nicole is a genuine human being and she truly cares about her clients. Nicole always has her real estate eyes and ears open and will help her clients reach their goals by being a good listener, kind, dedicated, and organized. Watch the video below to hear what her past clients have to say!
Prior to real estate, Nicole spent 10+ years as a Project Manager and leverages this experience in each of her real estate transactions. Her clients are her stakeholders and the transaction is the project. Nicole knows that she needs to keep deadlines in place and work with all the other members of the team (co-broke, attorneys, lenders, home inspectors) to get to the finish line! Additionally, Nicole has a master’s degree in Education and this truly helps her in the real estate business as buyers and sellers need someone that can teach along the way so they feel empowered throughout the process. Nicole always wants her buyers and sellers to feel like they learned something and to be happy with the end result – the “lesson objective” if you will!
Nicole is a very active member in her community. She hosts an annual Blood Drive with the Boston Children’s Hospital Blood Mobile at the Braintree office and frequently hosts events as a vehicle to collect donations for organizations in her community such as food drives, school supply drives or personal care item drives for Interfaith Social Services and DOVE in Quincy. Nicole Vermillion takes a different approach to real estate one that is built on personal touches. Nicole utilized the latest technology market research and strategies and exceeded my expectations. More importantly she listened to understand and find solutions that were tailored to me my timeline and my goals. Nicole has many connections within the real estate market to ensure widespread communications on the availability of my house to the market outside of just listing it on MLS. She always made herself available for showings and always kept up to date communications with me to ensure I was informed on the progress of selling my home. Nicole knew how much it meant to my family and I that our home went to a family who could make the type of memories we had in this house we occupied for so many years. The stress of selling a home can be unbearable but Nicole and the process Lamacchia has in place kept me well informed of what was coming and what needed to be done which truly assisted in lessening the anxiety of selling. Our home sold quickly due to Nicole's personal touch and guidance in finalizing negotiations promptly. I am truly thankful to Nicole for making this process rewarding for all!

Nicole has been an excellent resource for all parts of the home buying process for us we really couldn't have done it without her! Being first time homebuyers we were very nervous to get into the real estate market however she made us feel confident stepping into uncharted territory. She responds quickly and puts you in contact with the best of the best when it comes to needing a lender/loan officer home inspector and lawyer. It was such a seamless process and she makes a very stressful and complicated process much easier to handle. We will be using her for as long as she is in the business and would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone that needs a real estate agent! We cannot say enough wonderful things about Nicole and all she does for her buyers.

There are not enough good things I can say about Nicole When I first spoke to her I knew nothing about the home-buying process and she really took the time to explain everything from start to finish. She was always availabe to answer all my questions no matter the time and helped me tremendously with everything I needed She also had my best interest in mind and was always straight foward from telling me to not put an offer on a house because it had too many issues to telling me not to put an offer because it would be out of my budget she always told me things how they were. I never felt like she was trying to get me to buy just to buy but guided me and helped me find the perfect home for me and my needs. Whether you are buying your first home or your 10th I highly recommned you get in touch with Nicole as I have no doubt in my mind that she will help you like no other and I was very grateful and very lucky to have her as my realtor she really is great at what she does and I hope she keeps doing this job forever so she can help as many people as possible the way she helped and was there for me.

I can't say enough good things about Nicole! I started off by taking one of her mortgage classes (mortgages and margaritas - got tacos booze and knowledge for free so we love that). I knew I wanted to stick with Nicole when she wasn't pushy at all following the workshop; she truly just wanted to make herself a resource for the homebuying journey. She was always available and willing to talk with me about listings trying to help me find the perfect spot. When I found the place I was ready to put my first offer in for I never expected it to get accepted but Nicole made it happen. She was realistic with me but continued to never be pushy. By some stretch of luck she got my first offer on a house accepted when I was up against other buyers. She also spent a lot of time advocating for me when an unfair fee was tacked on to my billing; I didn't expect nor ask for help so this was a testament to how much she cares. I would recommend Nicole 1000x over! :)

Nicole Vermillion is a very friendly personable and professional real estate agent. She fed me many excellent leads over many months when inventory was low answered my endless questions and helped me throughout the process of buying my first home. When I was ready to place an offer she gave me solid advice and was able to put together and submit an offer in under an hour. When I finally had an offer accepted she was able to negotiate a significant reduction in price and expedite the closing process. Although I was never able to actually meet her in person owing to both our busy schedules she always provided me with one of her associates when I wanted to view a property in person and was discussed the pros and cons of a property in detail with me afterwards. I highly recommend Nicole Vermillion!
