Kim Beaulieu Promoted to Vice President of Human Resources for Lamacchia Companies

At Lamacchia Realty’s annual company summer outing to Thompson Island on August 9, 2024, Chief Operating Officer Jackie Louh announced that effective immediately, Kim Beaulieu has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources of Lamacchia Companies and is now a member of the Lamacchia Realty Executive Team! This promotion is a testament to Kim’s talent, hard work, and unwavering loyalty to all brands under Lamacchia Companies.

Kim Beaulieu and Anthony LamacchiaKim started with Lamacchia Realty in 2012 as an administrative assistant, and her professionalism and passion for the real estate industry became apparent from the very beginning. In late 2012, she obtained her real estate license and sold over 300 homes between 2012 and 2016. She rejoined Lamacchia Realty’s staff in 2016 and has been an integral part of the company’s growth ever since. She has held multiple roles but particularly shined in Human Resources. In September 2022, Kim was promoted Director of Human Resources, and has since taken the department to new heights.

Kim will continue to oversee the Human Resources department for all Lamacchia Companies, including employee onboarding, job postings, training, job offers, employee contracts, as well as employee records and HR systems management. She will also maintain close collaboration with the executive team to develop and implement strategies that align with the company’s long-term vision.
