On Monday, September 18th Lamacchia Realty announced its most recent acquisition of the well-known Seekonk brokerage, Keystone Property Group which has had over $100 million in annual sales volume in Massachusetts and Rhode Island for the past several years.
Keystone is home to 52 REALTORS® all under one managing broker, Jodi Hedrick. She built the brokerage from the ground up and has impressively managed the successful business single-handedly since it opened. Jodi will remain involved during the transition in a leadership role and will continue to be fully committed to her buyer and seller clients. Jodi wanted to merge her brokerage with one that could provide her agents with even more leads, products, services, training, technology, and marketing and she found it with Lamacchia Realty. Jodi has over two decades of experience in the real estate industry fostering the expertise for her to lead the highly reputable brokerage through excellent service.
Seekonk will now be the closest branch office Lamacchia Realty has to the Rhode Island border as it directly abuts Providence. This acquisition comes less than two months after Lamacchia announced their acquisition of Right Choice Real Estate in Fall River, MA. Lamacchia is thrilled to be expanding its reach even further in Bristol County and into Rhode Island.
The Keystone Property Group office located at 824 Taunton Avenue effectively became a Lamacchia Realty office as of September 18th, 2023, Lamacchia will continue to use the Keystone Property Group name in various advertisements and publications over the next few months and then the brand will officially switch over entirely to Lamacchia Realty. This office location, combined with the Fall River location, will help elevate Lamacchia Realty to a top spot in the Bristol County market.

This latest move closes out a busy season for the independently-owned brokerage. Beyond the Fall River acquisition of Right Choice Real Estate, Lamacchia Realty acquired Foley Real Estate in Falmouth, MA leading to the opening of its first Cape Cod branch office location. The growth didn’t stop there, Lamacchia Realty also recently opened in Salem NH with its first brick-and-mortar location after having served that area for many years, and prior to that celebrated its expansion into the Connecticut market with its Southington location. Additional acquisitions and branch office openings are in the works for months to come.
