Kim started at Lamacchia Realty in 2012 as an administrative assistant. She very quickly obtained a real estate license and began listing and selling homes. From late 2012 to 2016, Kim listed and sold over 300 homes. In 2016 Kim was the Office Manager for our Woburn Office and assisted both agents and clients in the sale process and was a big part of growing our Woburn office during that time. Kim’s vast knowledge, patient personality, ability to multi-task, and love for people are evident every day and made her a natural fit as our Director of Human Resources, which is her current role. She is also actively involved in growing our new Florida office.
