Kim Beaulieu, who began her career at Lamacchia Realty as an Administrative Assistant in 2012, has been promoted to the Office Manager of Woburn. Shortly after joining she acquired her real estate license and from 2012 to 2016 listed and sold over 300 homes. Given her extensive knowledge of real estate transactions, her ability to multi-task and her love for helping out the Woburn agents, it was only fitting that she be promoted to Office Manager.

In her new role, Kim will be responsible for the overall operations of the Woburn office, including from agent and client support to, constant awareness of system improvements and training, coaching, and supervising staff and agents on operational matters.
