Anthony Lamacchia

In 2023 and 2024, Anthony had become more widely recognized in the industry due to his very public and often boisterous defense of the entire real estate industry over the law suits and subsequent settlement changes.  Anthony’s opinions have become highly sought after by many of the major real estate industry news companies including the Boston Globe, Wall Street Journal Barrons, and more.   

Anthony remains incredibly passionate about providing all agents and employees in the Companies with top-notch technology, tools, systems, and training to excel in their careers and grow their businesses. His daily efforts and actions are a direct reflection of the company’s mission statement, “Lamacchia Realty will guide you to your success.” 

Lamacchia Realty launched Crush it in Real Estate in 2017, a company that provides training from the ground-level up to experienced agents to conducted by Anthony and other trainers in the company like Dave Karoly and Jason Posnick. Crush it in Real Estate Training is constantly being updated with tactics and strategies that are applicable to the current market trends in the ever-evolving Real Estate industry at hand. This program is highly recognized on a national level and has increased the business of Lamacchia Realty REALTORS at an exponential rate. Hundreds of companies have purchased training on an ongoing basis for their agents. In March of 2026, Anthony released a Certified Real Estate Consultant course to the industry in an effort to raise the bar on longer term REALTOR and Client relationships.

The Crush It in Real Estate Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube accounts, with hundreds of thousands of followers across all channels, give national REALTORS an idea of what Anthony’s trainings are all about. This platform engages and informs the entire real estate industry with tools, tips, and market advice and provides real estate education at the fingertips of everyone in the field. Anthony’s known to do Instagram videos on the industry in real time including off the cuff videos, mindset guidance, as well as videos that cover industry changes or headlines.

Anthony is very involved and dedicated to advocating for homeownership, real estate development, tax policies related to real estate, and fellow REALTORS®. He has traveled to Washington, D.C. multiple times to meet with both members of Congress, members of the Senate, and various regulatory agencies to defend homeownership, distressed homeowners, and mortgage lending. 

Anthony has won countless industry awards and recognition from various industry news outlets and other organizations. Recently, Anthony was ranked on the Swanepowel Power 200 in both 2025 and 2026.  In 2025, Anthony was named Boston Agent Magazine’s 2025 Managing Broker of the Year for the second year in a row, and was named in the RISMedia’s Newsmaker List. In 2024, Anthony was given the honor of being named the REALTOR® of the YEAR by the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS®.

 A high honor for Anthony was when Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® presented Anthony with the Leadership Award at the Global Real Estate Conference in Las Vegas in March of 2022, a highly prodigious award within the network. 

Anthony’s Beginnings:

Anthony opened up a lot about his beginnings with RIS Media CEO John Featherson in the RealEdge Podcast.

From a young age, working alongside and learning much about the landscaping company business from his father and grandfather, he has been a passionate and innovative marketer. He credits much of his success to his unwavering dedication to advancing the Lamacchia brand for the benefit of all. Regardless of the state of the real estate market, Anthony ensures the company invests millions in marketing to maintain its momentum and impact. 

After buying his first property at age 21 and several more properties by age 23, he quickly realized the real estate industry was where he wanted to spend his life. In 2004, he made the jump into Real Estate sales with the very agent who helped him buy and sell a few of those properties. Anthony hit the ground

running and had immediate success selling numerous properties.

Lamacchia Realty, Inc. was established in 2009 with the help of its first employee, Sarah Chaisson, who is now the Vice President of Finance for Lamacchia Companies. Anthony was the number one REALTOR by sales in Massachusetts for several years and has been ranked in the top 100 in the country since 2011 prior to switching out of a team model and into a traditional brokerage in 2015. In September of 2014, Anthony became the sole owner of Lamacchia Realty, and since then, the Company has experienced significant growth.

In 2022, Jackie Louh was appointed as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Jackie is in charge of running the daily aspects of Lamacchia Realty, including making the vast majority of the decisions needed to run the company. Given the company’s explosive growth and size, this allows Anthony to be the visionary for the company.

Lamacchia Realty has been recognized not only as one of the fastest-growing companies in Massachusetts by the Boston Business Journal but has also made the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America every year since 2012. Lamacchia has ranked as the #1 Top Place to Work in Massachusetts for Large Companies by the Boston Globe for two years in a row. 

In addition to the Company’s business achievements, Anthony has made it a goal to give back to the community. The Lamacchia Cares Foundation 501(c)(3) recognized charitable foundation, which the company supports and raises funds for local causes, including the Boston Children’s Hospital Corporate Cup and their annual toy drive, Habitat for Humanity, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, the American Red Cross, and more. In 2022, Lamacchia Realty raised $61,647 and was the #1 fundraising team at the BCH Corporate Cup, bringing the total money raised for the hospital to over $300,000. BCH invited Anthony in to show him and the company’s top fundraisers recognition, where they were presented with a check that showed all Lamacchia Cares has raised for BCH since 2017. Lamacchia Cares made a meaningful impact in 2025, hosting its 2nd Annual Golf Tournament in September that raised over $42,000. In December, the organization also gave back through its Winter Warmth Drive, collecting and donating more than 4,000 essential winter items to those in need.
