Angela is a Waltham Native who has been with the company since 2009. Angela started at the company as an administrative assistant, she exceled in that position and it became obvious to Anthony early on that she possessed tremendous leadership and organizational skills. At that time the real estate market was suffering, the company began doing a tremendous volume of short sales in addition to its typical listing sales.  In addition to typical listing sales Angela also mastered the art of listing and selling short sales while working with banks to get them approved and within a couple of years she became the Manager of the entire listing team. Angela was an integral part of leading the team to be the number one listing team in New England and Top 50 in the Country.  With her leadership, the listing team was selling over 400 homes a year by 2011. Her organizational skills were really shining through by 2012 as that team was running like a well-oiled machine. As Listing Manager she was not only running the entire team of agents, administrative assistants, and field staff but she was also assisting her agents in solving problems and giving advice directly to home sellers on almost a daily basis.  She is never scared to jump into any area and help out and her entire team knows it.   Since then the team has only improved year after year.

Angela is a close confidant of Anthony’s.  She is an obsessive thinker and is always determined to make things run smoothly.  She and Anthony are known to be talking or texting at night and early morning about how to solve problems.

In 2015, Angela began to get more and more involved in overall operations of the company in addition to overseeing the listing team. By 2016, it again became obvious that Angela could handle substantially more and the company would be much better served in having her in charge of all operations. She has a reputation in the company as the person who gets things done and the person who you don’t want to let down. She is extremely respected companywide.  Therefore, in June 2016, she was promoted to Director of Operations for the entire company. In this position she oversees all the transactional aspects of all the sales in the company to ensure that agents and administrative assistants are following all processes so our clients are best served.  She also ensures that our agents are assisted as much as possible so that they can focus on doing what they do best which is selling homes! To this day she does still occasionally assist agents in advising home sellers directly to provide them with guidance.
