Kim Beaulieu Promoted to Human Resources Manager

Lamacchia Realty has announced the promotion of Kim Beaulieu to her new role of Human Resources Manager of the Lamacchia Companies. This well-deserved promotion comes nine months after she took on the role of managing all staff training. While Kim will continue to manage the training of incoming staff and the opening of branch offices, her role will broaden into larger human resources focus.  This role is perfect for Kim due to her long history with the company where she has experienced a variety of different roles and responsibilities.  

Kim will now oversee all employee onboarding, job postings, training, job offers, employee contracts, as well as employee records and HR systems management. As company culture is highly valued at Lamacchia Realty, Kim will now ensure that culture continues to grow even as the company expands into more offices and states.

Lamacchia Realty has grown tremendously and there are no plans to stop.
