Lamacchia Realty Ranks on BBJ List of Largest Private Companies in 2026
The Boston Business Journal released The List of Largest Private Companies in Massachusetts for 2026. We are pleased to share that Lamacchia Realty ranked #89 on the list of 255 firms with $87 million in revenue and 80 total employees! The company is proud to also have over 830 agents throughout 29 offices.
The independently owned, full-service, value-based brokerage has experienced significant market expansion with sixteen acquisitions and expansions in New England in the past three years. The company has experienced rapid growth throughout New England and is actively pursuing additional opportunities across the region, while also working toward future acquisitions in South Florida.
Most recently, Lamacchia Realty opened its second Cape Cod location in West Dennis, bringing the company to 29 branch locations. This continued growth reflects the company’s commitment to expanding its footprint, providing more local support to REALTORS®, and bringing Lamacchia Realty’s training, technology, marketing, and resources to more markets.
Recent acquisitions include Steepleview Realty in Adams and North Adams, MA, Rosewood Realty in Fall River, MA, The Briotti Group in Waterbury and Wolcott, CT, and Lioce Properties Group in Milford, MA.
