As of May 17th, Lamacchia Realty has surpassed the incredible milestone of 400 active agents within the company. The growth in agent count has been exponential since May of 2019 when Lamacchia announced that it had surpassed 200 agents and, most recently in September of 2020, 300 agents. Lamacchia has expanded and adjusted their leadership team from 9 to 16 members since 2019 to be able to handle the explosive growth. With over 60 staff members, many of which have their Real Estate licenses as well, Lamacchia is able to focus primarily on supporting and helping agents to grow their businesses.

The company’s rapid and continuous growth is fueled by its formula of offerings to its agents.  Lamacchia offers an array of unique lead products, services, and tools to its agents. In addition, the trainings, systems, technology and marketing that Lamacchia Realty offers its agents are second to none, and the word is spreading. Recent examples include Lamacchia’s introduction of Success Guides who act as mentors to help agents for their success and see growth at the company, and Field Service Agents who assist agents in their day to day. 

At Lamacchia, agents have everything they need to grow their businesses at their fingertips. Agents who join from other companies on average, grow their business by 318% in their first year at Lamacchia Realty. Many of the tactics used by agents to grow are taught in quick videos Anthony shares on the companies Crush it in Real Estate Facebook page which has grown to over 26,000 likes.

The company has grown in many ways over the past year, not just in agent count. In 2020, Lamacchia reached over $1 billion in sales, indicating the company is growing alongside their agent count, especially given the challenges the market has seen as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

In 2020, the company was the number one Independent brokerage in three of its ten markets including Leominster, Norwood and Worcester as well as the number one independent office in Waltham. Lamacchia Realty offers a unique suite of programs for buyers and sellers such as its new Offer Now Program for home sellers that incepted in 2018 and most recently was expanded in February 2021 to include profit-sharing. Additionally, Lamacchia Realty launched their Lamacchia Links system which is a proprietary database that matches buyers and sellers to off-market properties. These unique programs combined with aggressive marketing strategies is all part of the robust formula that Lamacchia deploys to assist its agents in growing. Lamacchia is also rapidly growing its relocation business both on the corporate side and through its affiliation with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.

Just recently, Lamacchia Realty celebrated 12 years both at their Waltham Headquarters and as an independent brokerage. Lamacchia Luxury has also greatly assisted agents in growing their high-end business since launching in January of 2019, including providing services for agents and clients such as Matterport technology and property-specific websites. Over the last year, Lamacchia opened several new office locations starting with the purchase of the historic 451 Main Street office in Waltham and the acquisition of First Team Realty in Chelmsford.  In the summer, Lamacchia expanded into both Hudson and Beverly , officially stating their claim in markets the company has already been serving for over a decade. Finally, after years of anticipation Lamacchia opened their very first office in the state of Florida.  The new Fort Lauderdale office expands their presence beyond the New England area, allowing them to serve the South Florida market. All offices have seen a major increase in the number of agents most notably our Worcester office which is anticipated to cross the 100 agent benchmark any day! The most recent move for Lamacchia Realty has been into Maine, where they recently received their brokerage license to mark the 6th state.

In 2020, Lamacchia Realty made Inc.’s 2020 List of 5,000 Fastest Growing Companies in America for the 9th time in a row. In 2021, they were ranked the 22nd Fastest Growing Company in Massachusetts from the Boston Business Journal Fast 50. Additionally, Lamacchia made the list in several categories by REAL Trends 500 on their annual list ranking of the top 500 brokerages in the U.S., and is recognized as the #1 Affiliate Nationally for Highest Growth Rate by Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® over the past 5 years.
