John Remby Promoted to Director of Business Systems

After over a year as the Business Systems Manager, we are thrilled to announce that John Remby has been promoted to the Director of Business Systems. John is an expert in his field and has been an integral part of building Lamacchia Realty’s Customer Relationship Management system.  

John first started working as a consultant but got his official start with Lamacchia Realty back in 2017 as a Business Systems Engineer. He joined the company as a graduate of WPI with a degree in Management Engineering and had experience in a multitude of business analyst positions, including owning his own consulting firm.  Lamacchia’s fully customized, highly sought-after CRM system is built on the Salesforce platform but is referred to as Lamacchia Hub, and was built specifically for Lamacchia Realty and its unique tools, training, and service offerings.

Since John joined, the Business System team has expanded from just him, to a team of 5. In this new role, John will continue to oversee the team while expanding and improving everything from agent and staff support to redefining how the system is structured to enable further growth at an enterprise level.

I'm extremely excited and humbled by this new position. I've had the privilege over the last year to build an amazing team of extremely talented individuals who I love working with every day. The team and the technology will be undergoing a radical transformation as we scale to meet the evolving needs of this incredible company and its agents. Over the last few months, we made the decision to quadruple down on our technology efforts to make our agent's and staff's lives even easier. The only way to get all these new initiatives done on top of the necessary day-to-day maintenance is to hire more people to this team. With the recent addition of more admins and engineers and with John at the helm, we are more than ready to do this. We plan to be more than ready for next year's busy season.”
