August 19, 2020 – Anthony Lamacchia announced today that John Remby, the company’s business systems engineer has been promoted into the leadership team as the Manager of Business Systems. John began with Lamacchia Realty as an outside contractor who helped build what’s now LamacchiaHUB, the company’s custom CRM. He then joined the company as a full-time employee in 2017 and has since been involved in and masterfully executed each and every custom change to LamacchiaHUB.
LamacchiaHUB is the company’s CRM built off the cloud-based Salesforce platform that works from lead to close and is accessible to staff and agents at all times across all devices. This system is designed and built, by Remby, to meet the specific needs of every department in Lamacchia Realty, from agents to administrative staff, to marketing and leadership.
Remby’s hard work and dedication to engineering this system, which was recently featured in RISMedia’s Real Estate Magazine, along with his unique ability to implement the vision of agents, staff, and the management team is what has brought about this promotion.

In Remby’s new management role, he will begin to build a team so that the system’s customizations will evolve as the company continues to grow and serve its expanding number of agents and offices.
