John is the Director of Business Systems at Lamacchia Companies, responsible for leading the customization and ongoing development of LamacchiaHub, the company’s proprietary CRM built on the Salesforce platform. In this role, John ensures that the technology used daily by both employees and agents supports seamless operations, efficiency, and growth across the organization. John works closely with his team member Jacqueline Morse. John also oversaw and implemented SLACK for the employees of the company in late 2024.
A graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Management Engineering, John has a strong background in business analysis and business intelligence. He co-founded his own consulting firm in 2014, where he worked closely with Lamacchia as a client, playing an instrumental role in the early build-out of LamacchiaHub. In 2017, after stepping away from his firm, John officially joined Lamacchia’s team—drawn by a strong connection to the company and a shared vision for innovation.
Since then, John has led the evolution of the CRM system, constantly enhancing its functionality to support agents and staff with intuitive, powerful tools. His work is integral to ensuring that LamacchiaHub remains a cornerstone of the company’s operational success.
Originally from Hopkinton, MA, John now resides in Granby, CT. He continues to focus on improving internal systems, optimizing workflows, and making Lamacchia’s technology platform a best-in-class solution in the real estate industry.
