Waltham, MA – For the eighth year in a row, Lamacchia Realty has been included in the Inc. 5000 List of the Top 5,000 Most Successful Companies in America! It was announced publicly today that Lamacchia Realty is #3101 on the list.
To be included in the 2019 Inc. 5000: Top Most Successful Companies in America, Inc. takes into consideration revenue, 3-year growth percentage, and the number of employees of each company. Over the past three years, Lamacchia Realty has exhibited 119% growth, a large increase from the three people who started the company in 2005. Lamacchia Realty’s 2019 revenue reached $11.1 million and the company has grown to 27 employees and over 200 agents.

Less than 3% of the tens of thousands of companies that applied to the Inc. 5000 over the years have made the list 8 times, and Lamacchia Realty achieved this as of 2019. It becomes more difficult to make the list each year as a company’s starting base grows, but Lamacchia Realty’s recent and continual expansion made this possible once again. In the last three years, Lamacchia Realty has more than doubled in agent count, sales volume and revenue. On average, agents who join Lamacchia more than triple their business in their first twelve months.
Lamacchia Realty opened its sixth office in Leominster earlier this year as well as moved their existing Woburn office to a newly renovated office in a more convenient location for agents and clients. In 2018, a fifth office was opened in Norwood and a new location was purchased and renovated for the existing Worcester office. In 2016, the company opened offices in Woburn, & Worcester. The company’s headquarters is located in Waltham, which recently celebrated its tenth anniversary, and their office in Westford opened in August of 2015.
