Woburn, MA – The Lamacchia Realty Woburn office is pleased to announce they will be moving to a new, permanent location at the Four Corners on Cambridge Road in Woburn, MA in early 2019. The Lamacchia Woburn office is currently located at the Chestnut Green on Cedar Street.

Lamacchia Realty opened the Woburn office in May of 2016 with several of Woburn’s leading Realtors including Eileen Doherty, Jean Cullinane, Mary Ellen Maher, Marilyn O’Brien, Ellen & Joseph Capua, Kristin Holland, and Sandra Roketenetz and has since substantially increased their market share and agent count.

Lamacchia will renovate an existing suite in the Four Corners building prior to opening its doors, which is expected in January of 2019. Agent workspaces, a conference room, and a training center will be part of the new layout. Construction is expected to begin in the late fall of 2018.
