Lamacchia Realty passed a milestone of 200 agents in the company. The growth in agent count has been massive since January 1st, 2018 when Lamacchia had 92 agents. In addition to the agents there are 9 Management Team Members and 30 staff many of which have their real estate licenses as well. Their primary focus is to support agents in growing their businesses.
The company’s rapid and continuous growth is fueled by its formula of offerings to its agents. Lamacchia offers an array of unique lead products, services, and tools to its agents. In addition, the trainings, systems, technology and marketing that Lamacchia Realty offers its agents are second to none and the word is spreading. Agents have everything they need to grow their businesses at their fingertips. Agents who join from other companies on average, grow their business by 318% in their first year at Lamacchia Realty. Many of the tactics used by agents to grow are taught in quick videos Anthony shares on the companies Crush it in Real Estate Facebook page which has grown to over 17,000 likes in 16 months.

Growth has not just been in agent count. In April 2019 pending sales in the company were up 100% over April 2018 so the growth in sales is keeping up with the growth in agents.
In 2018 the company was the number one Independent brokerage in three of its five markets including Waltham, Worcester and Norwood. Lamacchia Realty’s aggressive marketing strategies, unique programs for buyers and sellers such as its new Offer now program for home sellers is all part of the aggressive formula that Lamacchia deploys to assist its agents in growing. Lamacchia is also rapidly growing its Relocation business both on the corporate side and through its affiliation with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.

Just recently, Lamacchia Realty celebrated 10 years at their Waltham Headquarters and as an independent brokerage. Lamacchia Luxury has also greatly assisted agents in growing their high-end business since launching in January of 2019. Over the last year and a half a few new offices were opened starting with its new office in Norwood Center then its brand-new renovated office in Worcester and more recently its Woburn office recently moved from its temporary space to its permanent home at Four Corners. All offices have seen a major increase in the number of agents working out of the offices on a daily basis. The company will soon be opening another location.
