We are excited to announce that Elissa Comeau has officially qualified for the 2026 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club! She has hit this impressive feat by her team, The Balestracci Group, surpassing 70 transactions so far this year. Since joining Lamacchia Realty in 2022, The Balestracci Group has been a major top-producing team, as they were named the Top Team with Most Transactions and Highest Sales Volume, both for the Auburn office and companywide in 2022, 2023 and 2024. They also ranked as #1 in Oxford, Massachusetts, for both closed transactions and sales volume in 2024, and continued that success in 2025, earning the #1 spot in both Oxford and Sutton, Massachusetts! Additionally, The Balestracci Group was named Boston Agent Magazine’s Best Team for 2025! Apart from her impressive President’s Club accolades, Elissa has been a consistent member of the Top Producer Circle every year. The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas and the 2023 as well as the 2024 members went back to Aruba! The 2025 members recently returned to Aruba in October of this year!
