Balestracci Group is #1 Team company-wide for 2024For the third consecutive year, The Balestracci Group has earned the award for being Lamacchia Realty’s top team in both Highest Sales Volume and Most Transactions! In 2024 the team closed on an impressive 99 transactions, achieving over $48 Million in sales volume. Led by Mark Balestracci, who closed 40 transactions, and comprising team members Elissa Comeau, who closed 47 transactions this year alone, and Matthew Jette, who closed on 12 transactions this year. The group ranks among the highest performing teams in Massachusetts and across Worcester County.
